By creating an account or using the LET'S TRADE platform (operated by LET'S TRADE), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use this platform.

LET'S TRADE is a peer-to-peer (P2P) cryptocurrency exchange platform that facilitates the buying and selling of digital assets for Nigerian Naira (NGN). We act as an intermediary and escrow service. We do not provide financial investment advice.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately at kellyniceexchange@gmail.com of any unauthorised use of your account. Each person may only hold one account.

New users receive a ₦3,000 welcome bonus credited upon account registration. This bonus may be used towards your first trade or applied to your account balance. The bonus is non-transferable and may be forfeited if the account is found to be fraudulent or in violation of these terms.

• All trades must be initiated and completed through the platform.
• Payment must be made within the time window shown on your order.
• You must submit a valid Transaction ID (TXID) for all crypto transfers.
• Attempting to cancel a confirmed trade without valid reason may result in account suspension.
• Any attempt at fraud, double-spending, or chargeback will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Users may refer others using their unique referral code. Referral rewards are subject to eligibility criteria and may change at any time. Abuse of the referral system (e.g. self-referrals, fake accounts) will result in forfeiture of all rewards and account suspension.

We are committed to anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) compliance. We may request identity documents at any time. Failure to provide requested documents may result in a temporary or permanent account restriction. We comply with applicable Nigerian financial regulations.

LET'S TRADE and LET'S TRADE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this platform, including but not limited to market fluctuations, delayed transfers, or technical issues beyond our control. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the transaction in dispute.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account found in violation of these terms, at our sole discretion, with or without notice. Users may close their account by contacting support, provided there are no pending trades or outstanding balances.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
